OU bipartisan event adjusts space, time

The location of Monday's panel discussion on issues relating to this year's presidential election has been changed to accommodate a larger anticipated crowd.

An extra hour has been added to the panel discussion featuring national political leaders.

The panel discussion, which will conclude with a news conference, is scheduled from 11 a.m to 1 p.m. at Catlett Music Center on the southwest corner of Boyd Street and Elm Avenue on the University of Oklahoma campus.

The center can accommodate about 1,040, nearly twice the capacity of Holmberg Hall, where the event originally was scheduled to take place. OU announced the change Friday.

The event is open to OU students, faculty and staff as well as members of the public. Ticketing or advance reservations are not required. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
