Convicted Elk City employees still on City Payroll
Convicted Elk City City Manager Guy Hylton Junior and building supervisor Chick Little remain city employees after a two hour meeting by city commissioners.
Elk City Mayor Teresa Mullican says the commission took no action regarding the two during a two hour executive session Tuesday night.
Hylton and Little were sentenced last week to prison after being convicted last August of using state inmates to work on a historic railroad depot that was filled with asbestos.
Hylton was sentenced to six months and Little to eight months in prison.
