The Palin pick may help John McCain close the gap in support with Barack Obama among white, female independents.
The Republicans have reneged on the Contract with America.
I remember when Republicans, like Conservative, stood for substance over symbolism. Now the Republicans SUBSCRIBE to Symbolism and forget the substance.
The selection of a woman over much more qualified candidates SOLELY because she's a woman is AFFIRMATIVE ACTION and IN VIOLATION OF THE CONSERVATIVE PLATFORM. Furthermore, the selection does not have the personal responsibility to govern her own family, so how can we expect her to govern a nation?
By supporting the Republicans over the Conservatives, you have proven that you are a coward and a traitor. You have given up. You have given in. You have given us President Obama.
