State Rep. Mike Ritze, Bill Would Require Proof of U.S. Citizenship to Run for Elected Office in Oklahoma.Anyone who wants to place their name on an election ballot in Oklahoma would be required to show proof of citizenship under a bill proposed by freshman state Rep. Mike Ritze.
Ritze plans on introducing the measure during the upcoming legislative session that would require all candidates for elected office, including the U.S. Presidency, to provide a copy of a certified birth certificate and a drivers license or some other form of government issued identification at the time they file with the Oklahoma Election Board. Those running for a state office would be required to show they are a citizen of Oklahoma.
"Both our national and state constitutions are clear in what they require for a person to be qualified to hold elected office," said Ritze, R-Broken Arrow. "If a person can't prove their citizenship, they have no business attempting to represent the people of this state. This bill would require anyone who wants to run for election in Oklahoma, whether they are running to become the United States President or to sit on their local school board, to prove they are a United States citizen."

I just happened to hear this story concerning the
"Eligibility" of Obama to
be President based on Citizenship. Obama is NOT
Eligible, as he is NOT a
Natural-Born Citizen of
the U.S.. Both "parent's"
have to be U.S. Citizen's.
Obama's Father was born in Kenya and a British Citizen at the time of Obama's birth.
The Birth Certificate that
Obama has placed on many websites is only a COLB
(certificate of live birth),
which anyone could obtain in Hawaii during that time
(August 1961). Also,
Barack's Mother, Ann Dunham
remarried to Lolo Soetoro who adopted him and made
(Barack) a Indonesian Citizen so he could go to school in Jakarta.
Article II of the Constitution requires the
President & VP to be Natural
Born, which is "Parent's" who have "Alligence", and
Citizenship to the U.S..
Obama's Father did NOT.
There are several Lawsuit's
about this already. Obama
REFUSES to show his "Vaulted", or Long Form
BC. He also will not show his College Record's (which
will show he was a Foreign Student), plus his Medical Record's. If Obama becomes President, all Laws and Appointments will be INVALID.
This is not a Hoax. The Main Stream Media who favored "Barack" will not Air the Lawsuit's.
