A Illegal Alien, stopped in February in Love County, pleaded guilty Thursday to drug charges in a federal court in Muskogee.Alfonso Rascon Vasquez, 49, was arrested in February by state troopers after a traffic stop because he was "driving erratically,” according to U.S. Attorney Sheldon Sperling.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol seized 327 pounds of marijuana from Vasquez.
Charges against Vasquez came from an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Agency and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Vasquez is a citizen of Mexico and is being held by immigration officials, according to Sperling's office.
