Wrong, wrong, wrong
The Wall Street Journal recently took Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson to task for going after three people he has accused of violating a state law that forbids using out-of-state signature gatherers on Oklahoma initiative petitions. The petition in question was the TABOR spending limits proposal that never made it to a ballot.

State Sen. Randy Brogdon, R-Owasso, couldn’t miss an "I told
you so” moment on his blog at randybrogdon.com when a federal appeals court found the residency requirement unconstitutional. "The courts have told him three times he is wrong on this issue. One must wonder if he understands the gravity of those rulings,” Brogdon wrote.

"For the top law enforcer of this state to have such a cavalier attitude on the First Amendment is troublesome to say the least.”

Ed Kelly must be gone,
He would NEVER have let this
be put on the Opinion page,
